Exchange and Missing Items Policy
To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer returns for the products that for some reasons has a factory default. The Customer must report it immediately and not more than 3 hours of the delivery time and provide a prove through Email or to our official WhatsApp number.
Exchange items must be in the original boxes and not opened. We will investigate the shipment and will exchange the items when we receive the shipment and upon the management approval.
Shipments must be sent through the same company the customer received from.
In case of there is a fund return, it will be done within 15 business days and the customer will be charged for the shipping fees.
